Discover Scuba Diving
(Non certified divers)

Our Discover Scuba Diving Experience is a good option if you want to scuba dive without having a certification.
This is an experience that will not certify you, but it will allow you to try scuba diving. It is a good option for people who would like to experience scuba diving before deciding if they want to be certified. We offer 2 options:

Discover Scuba Diving in one day!

For those who have dived before, have any prior experience or feel confident about scuba diving without certification we can offer you the option of doing the theory and confined water sessions right on and off the boat on the day of your dives.

For this option, you will meet up with your instructor on the boat and receive the theory session with him during the navigation. After this, you will enter the water with him and practice your skills in shallow waters. Once you have completed the short theory and confined water session you will dive twice with him at the Catalina’s (or possibly Cabo Velas)

Discover Scuba Diving in two days!

If you have never dived before or feel uncertain about going straight into the ocean, this option gives you the chance to practice your skills in the pool the day before.

We will meet up at our shop around 2 pm and you will go to the pool with your instructor to practice your skills and learn how the equipment works.

The following day, you will meet up with your instructor on the boat, receive the theory session with him and dive twice at the Catalina’s (or possibly Cabo Velas)

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Some people can experience motion sickness. In order to prevent it, we recommend you take a tablet 30 minutes to an hour prior to the boat trip.

You can also prevent it following these tips:

– Eat light meals or snacks 24 hours before traveling, and try to avoid big or high-fat content meals

– On the boat, ask to seat in the front and keep your eyes fixed as much as possible on the horizon or       land
