Embark on an unforgettable half-day adventure aboard our catamaran, soaking up the sun and exploring the vibrant marine life of the Catalina Islands. Our sunset sail includes snorkeling and/or diving options, catering to both certified divers and non-certified. Immerse yourself in an underwater wonderland teeming with colorful fish, and the possibility of encountering majestic sea turtles, graceful rays, playful dolphins, or even breaching whales (during season). Whether you're discovering these incredible creatures or simply enjoying the breathtaking views, our experienced guides will ensure an unforgettable experience.

1 Tank Night Dive
Night diving offers a vast array of dive opportunities that are normally not possible during daylight.
While during a normal dive, you can usually look and see around you in every direction, a night dive means everything around you is focused on where your dive light is pointing.
Marine creatures like octopuses, bioluminescent jellyfish, giant crabs and lobsters, sea snakes, eels, and many more that are near-impossible to spot during the day, will climb out of their dens and appear in droves once the sun sets.
Dive destination could be reached by boat or car, depending of the amount of people.
The boat leaves just before sunset, so your ride to the dive site offers one of the best views of our beautiful Tamarindo Bay sunsets. After 20 minutes of navigation, we'll reach Cabo Velas for our night dive. This area is part of las Baulas National Park and it is rich in marine flora and fauna. After the dive we will start our ride back to Tamarindo that we will reach by 8pm.
Bat Islands - Full-Day Scuba Diving Catamaran Adventure
Tour is operative between MAY and October
The Bat Islands Archipelago (Santa Elena Peninsula) is constituted of 5 main islands and 10 minor ones. It is a protected area that is part of Santa Rosa National Park.
San Pedrillo Island is known for its amazing marine wildlife. In its waters, it is possible to detect big fish species such as bull sharks, giant rays, marlins, and even whale sharks.
Meeting time is 6:00 am at our diving center. After checking all the diving equipment, we'll take you to the beach where we will board our Catamaran.
We will reach our first diving spot at Bat Islands after approx. 2 hours of navigation.
After the first dive, while relaxing on our Catamaran, and during the navigation to the next diving spot, you’ll be offered some fruits, sodas, and soft drinks and after the second dive, a light lunch will be served.
After lunch, the boat moves on to the third site of this underwater experience. This will be the last session of the day, and we'll be back in Tamarindo around 4 or 5 pm.
