Our Scuba diving Tour to the Catalina's starts at 6:45 am at our diving center where we meet to try the diving equipment and check out the sizes. After that we are ready to board our boat in Tamarindo Beach and head towards the Archipelago.
After 40-45 min of navigation we will reach the Catalina´s Island, and the captain and guides will choose 2 different spots to dive depending on the conditions.
After the first dive, we can relax on the boat, eat some snacks and fruits and enjoy some soft drinks. During this time the boat will take us to our next spot and after 40 minutes, more or less, we can go into the water again!
After our second dive, it will be time to go back. During the navigation, we might be approached by some friends such as turtles, dolphins, whales! And we will be back in Tamarindo around 12 md.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Some people can experience motion sickness. In order to prevent it, we recommend you take a tablet 30 minutes to an hour prior to the boat trip.
You can also prevent it following these tips:
– Eat light meals or snacks 24 hours before traveling, and try to avoid big or high-fat content meals
– On the boat, ask to seat in the front and keep your eyes fixed as much as possible on the horizon or land
